Lynne BenoitLynne Benoit received her Bachelor of Fine Arts/Interior Design degree from The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, where she graduated at the top of her class, was awarded the Interior Design Departmental Award and the Saladino Award for Design Excellence.

After completing her sophomore year, she was offered a paid internship with the internationally known designer, Samuel Botero. Mr. Botero mentored Lynne, and upon her graduation, asked her to join his firm as a Design Project Manager. Upon acceptance of this position, she gained experience in all aspects of Interior Design, completing such projects as a mansion in the Bahamas, a Park Avenue apartment, and a penthouse at the Trump Palace.

After spending eight years in the Big Apple, Lynne returned to Massachusetts to establish her own Interior Design Business. She has since had the opportunity to work on many projects, including decoration of a historic Greek Revival home, creation of complete interior working drawings, oversight of the construction of a shingle style cottage, selection of paint colors and design of custom window treatments for a contemporary home, designing the kitchen, bathrooms and living areas for a craftsman style home, along with completing many other projects. Lynne is continually interviewing for future projects, and is thrilled to have many exciting jobs in the works! She thoroughly enjoys getting to know her clients' needs and desires, and is passionate about design and creating unique spaces for them.

Lynne is an Allied Member of ASID, American Society of Interior Designers, a national organization to uphold the profession to the highest standards. She has been published in New England Condominium Magazine, is listed in New England Design Index, and is honored to have received the Worcester Business Journal’s “40 under 40 award”. As a Trustee of the Fitchburg Art Museum, “A Museum with education at its heart”, she is a big advocate for their object-based learning programs. Lynne can also be found in the North Central Mass Chamber of Commerce directory and is a member of the Executive Woman’s Network of North Central Massachusetts.
